All journals now member of COPE

Copernicus Publications and all journals published by us have become a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Thereby, all journals subscribe to the principles of COPE.

COPE provides advice to editors and publishers on all aspects of publication ethics and, in particular, on how to handle cases of research and publication misconduct. It also provides a forum for its members to discuss individual cases. COPE does not investigate individual cases but encourages editors to ensure that cases are investigated by the appropriate authorities (usually a research institution or employer). The resources and cases areas are open to everybody.

At Copernicus Publications, we follow the Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers of COPE and also OASPA's principles of transparency and best practices in scholarly publishing.
