Manuscript Preparation & Submission

Any contribution presented at the Kleinheubacher Tagung is, in principle, eligible for publication in the "Kleinheubacher Berichte". The manuscript must be compiled and submitted to the relevant session-chair in accordance to the guidelines (see Instructions for LaTeX and Word). Each manuscript must have a manuscript number (MS-Nr.)! For the Kleinheubacher Berichte the Abstract Number becomes the MS-Nr., changing "A" for Abstract into "P" for Paper (for example KH-2004-P-00???) All manuscripts submitted will undergo a review process, and the authors will be informed accordingly. After revision the session-chairs will forward the accepted manuscripts to the Production Office, where they are composed and formatted, revised in cooperation with the authors, and then uploaded onto WWW. The "Kleinheubacher Berichte " will be published on the Web every year during spring time.

Directly from the authors submitted manuscripts to the Production Office will not be accepted!

Special remark to session-chairs: The corresponding session-chair is responsible for forwarding the accepted manuscript to the Production Office by email only! This email must contain a clear statement that this paper is accepted for publication in the journal "Advances in Radio Science - Kleinheubacher Berichte". The email must include the text and figure files (prepared according to the guidelines).
