The conference will take place on board of the Mediterranean Shipping Cruises –MSC vessel "Opera".
In Spring 2004, MSC Italian Cruises will introduce the MSC Opera, the newest addition to its fleet of ships. The atmosphere on board is comparable to the best of Italian hotels. Joining the MSC Lirica, which launched in 2003, the sister ships are a gleaming reflection of high standards of service, comfort and design. The twelve decks of the MSC Opera contain multiple restaurants, theatre, salon, tennis and volleyball courts, jogging track, golf course, two swimming pools and whirlpools, internet café. Conference Room
The Conference rooms will be the theatre with 600 seats and one open space, with walls of windows overlooking the sea.
The Conference rooms will be equipped with the best high-tech media components. Two video projectors with Personal Computers will also be available.
Posters
Posters will be fixed to the walls either by tape or with push pins (tape and push pins will be available at the Conference). The poster board size will be: A0 Portrait (841 mm width and 1189 mm height).
