Registration fees can be paid by postal money order, cheque or credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express). Cheques are also accepted in Euro, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars if made out in the currency of the country of the bank on which the cheque is actually drawn. The receipt for the registration fee will be given to every participant directly at the conference.

Registration fees on-site can be paid by credit card or by cheque (EURO only).

Accommodation

Some double rooms have been block-booked. Participants must book before 30 June 2004.

The price is for a single person for seven days, in 'all inclusive' formula , all meals, full-board service, use of all on board equipments, drinks during the meals, insurance for cancellation, taxes).
Children under 18 years old with, 2 adults paying a double cabin rate, are free (pay only 50 Euro for taxes). All payments (including the deposit) have to be made directly to the travel agency “Tropical Spirit” either by Bank Transfer (Credit transfer data: Tropical Spirit S.A.S. c/o Banco di San Giorgio IBAN: IT93I0552649360000000020269) or by credit card American Express (no VISA).

Deposit to be paid per person, before 30 June 2004: 40% of the price.

The deposit has to be paid, before 30 June 2004, directly to the travel agency “Tropical Spirit” completing and returning the Accommodation Form to the agency by fax +39-019935009.

The full payment has to be paid before 25 September 2004 directly to the travel agency “Tropical Spirit”. The receipt for the payments will be given to every participant directly at the conference by the travel agency.
