Review Process

Once the Managing Editor and the Organizer(s) of a "Stephan Mueller Special Publication" have agreed on the Editors (serving as Guest Editors of the series with respect to that particular volume), these Editors will act as "Editor and Editorial Office" themselves. Thereby, these Editors should

• inform the Editorial Support Office about the manuscripts received
• use the Check-List for Reviewers to collect the opinion of the referees and the Editor's Report Form to summarize the result of the reviewing process for each manuscript separately.
• inform each author about the outcome of the review of his/her manuscript and to invite him/her to submit the final version of his/her manuscript directly to the Publication Production Office in accordance to the Guidelines for Manuscript and Article Submission.
• send a copy of their Editor's Report Form to the Editorial Support Office for archiving proposes.
