1. General Information
As a dynamic and botton-up association, the EGU welcomes your message, suggestion, proposal or complain sent to a Union Officer or to a Board or Committee Member (direct mailing) or to the Union or to a specific Committee or Board in general (forum). Please, select your group of contact below and find the list of officers together with their email numbers for your direct mailing or the link to the corresponding forum for an en bloc mailing to all members, respectively. After log-in select "new topic" of the first part of the forum for posting your message or click "Public Board" to read any decission made by the forum's members.
Posting to a forum has the advantage that all corresponding members will be informed simultaneously and that they may use the forum for an immediate discussion, followed by a decision or quorum and an archiving of the results (second part of the forum called "Archive"). Moreover, post-icons will enforce special attention with regard to your message.
2. Information for Forum Members
To reach your forum either proceed as described above and click “…Form” to find the list of topics under discussion or “…Archive” or “…Public Board” to study the topics archived or brought to the public, respectively, or click “ COSIS Forums” on your “Personal Home” and then the forum of your choice to reach directly the list of topics under discussion. Click the title of a topic to find the list of contributions received so far with regard to this topic. Click “post reply” to add your contribution to the topic in question or “new topic” to start a new topic for discussion. On the display of topics please click in the headline “Cosis Forum Index” the second-last title of your forum to find “…Forum”, “ …Archive” and “… Public Board” sub-forums of your forum.
