Participants that have received a Support Award should, first of all, register in the Pre-Registration area in the registration tent on the Esplanade. After the registration they should proceed to the Acropolis Congress Center and contact the conference secretary at the information counter in the entrance hall AGORA 1. The financial support will be paid in cash.

At the same counter the hotel expenses of the EGU 2004 Awardees and Medalists will be reimbursed.
