Publication Guidelines for Special Issues
Authors intending to publish their article in a Special Issue of Annales Geophysicae are kindly requested to consider the following information and guidelines.
Since the process of review for Special Issues is managed by the Copernicus Publications Editorial Support Office, authors should
- first, consider the General Terms for Publications [ more ],
- second, consider the somewhat different guidelines for Manuscript Preparation for Special Issues [ more ],
- third, register their manuscript online via a COSIS login or quick personal registration [ more ],
- fourth, rename their text and figure files upon receipt of their manuscript number [ more ],
- and, finally, submit their manuscript online by upload or ftp transfer to the Copernicus Publications Editorial Support Office [ more ].
Manuscripts will then be forwarded automatically to the corresponding Editors and refereed in the way standard for Annales Geophysicae. Authors will then receive the report by the Editor to change/revise their manuscript accordingly, and then submit their final article to the Copernicus Publications Production Office for final editing and lay-outing. After the galley-proof articles will then ready for publication.
