EGS - AGU - EUG Joint Assembly 2003 - Registration

Deadline for pre-registration at on-site rates is 31 March 2003

In general, each participant in an EGS General Assembly has to pay a registration fee. These fees will be waived only for scientists receiving a Support Award or a Society Award or Medal. Otherwise, participants with a waiver have to proceed like pre-registrants.

Pre-Registration

The deadline for pre-registration was  07 March 2003! 

On-Site Registration

On-site registration (On-Site Rates) will be possible at the Congress Counter in the entrance hall of the Congress Centre on: 

Sunday, 06 April 2003:
Monday - Thursday, 07 - 10 April 2003:
Friday, 11 April 2003:		 14:00 - 20:00
08:00 - 18:00
08:00 - 12:30

Participants are required to complete an On-Site Registration Form and then to pay their registration fee at the Congress Counter. On-site registration payments may be made in cash in EURO (EUR), by Cheque or by Credit Card (American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard/VISA or JCB).

Attention: Cheques will only be accepted when written in the currency of the country of the bank on which the cheques are actually drawn and when a cheque fee of the equivalent of 10,- EUR has been added!

Online On-Site Registration

up to 31 March 2003 participants may still register online at on-site rates.

There are two options for a registration independently of the method payment:

Option 1: Via COSIS Option 2: Via the Registration Form
Please use the COSIS Online Shopping System at no additional service charges, in particular in case you want to pay by credit card online. You will be asked to register with COSIS first, so please have your COSIS ID-No. and Password ready; then use "Online Service => Cosis Shop", "Navigation => All-All-Search / List of Providers" and continue with "select". Please complete the Registration Form and send it online or print out the form and send it by fax or mail to the EGU Office. Please attach/enclose your proof of status, i.e., a copy of your student card or of your EGU Office in Germany identification card in case you want to register at student or retired senior rates.
