You have two options to cancel your contribution to the Joint Assembly 2003:
| Option 1: Via COSIS | Option 2: Via Email |
| Please, use your COSIS ID-NR and Password as well as your abstract number to cancel online. | Please, send an email to egs@copernicus.org, Subj.: Cancellation together with your abstract number and/or title and author(s) of your contribution. |
Your contribution will be marked "cancelled" on the Oral or Poster Programme, respectively, and the appropriate Convener will be notified accordingly. In case your contributed was assigned "oral", the Convener will be invited to fill the gap by a poster paper; however, not by a poster paper that was assigned "poster" by its author. Such papers have the post-fix (poster) behind their title. Conveners should then inform the EGS Office accordingly by sending an email together with the abstract number of the respective poster papers to egs@copernicus.org
With regard to any cancellations of accommodation, please, send an email directly to the hotel booking agent LSO, melanie.alexandre@lso-intl.com, if you have booked you hotel via this agent; otherwise, contact your hotel directly or the tourist information (www.nicetourism.com).
