We do not send any invoices nor do we accept any orders or bank transfers!
In general, each participant in an EGS General Assembly has to pay a registration fee. These fees will be waived only for scientists receiving a Support Award or a Society Award or Medal.
Pre-Registration
Participants are advised to register in advance at reduced Pre-Registration Rates. The final deadline for pre-registration is 28 March 2002! For methods of Pre-Registration see below.
On-Site Registration
On-site registration (On-Site Rates) will be possible at the Congress Counter in the entrance hall of the Congress Centre on:

Participants are required to complete an On-Site Registration Form and then to pay their registration fee at the Congress Counter. On-site registration payments may be made in cash in EURO (EUR) at the actual conversion rate, by Eurocheque, by Cheque or by Credit Card (American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard or VISA).
Attention: Cheques will only be accepted when written in the currency of the country of the bank on which the cheques are actually drawn and when a cheque fee of the equivalent of 10,- EUR has been added!
Participants intending to register at the 2002 EGS Member Rates should be able to show their personal "2002 EGS Membership Card"; for membership in the EGS please click here.
Award Buffet
Participants in the EGS 2002 General Assembly are invited to celebrate with the EGS Awardees and Medalists of the year on Sunday, 21 April 2002, at around 20:00 in Les Muses (Level 3). The contribution is 40,- EUR per person. Pre-Registration by 28 March 2002 by the latest is required. On-site tickets will not be available.

Methods of Pre-Registration
There are two options for pre-registration, independently of the method payment:

Online Shopping System at no additional service charges, in particular
in case you want to pay by credit card online. You will be asked to register with COSIS first, so please have your COSIS ID-No. and Password ready. |
Please complete the Pre-Registration Form and send it online or print out the form and send it by fax or mail to the EGS Office. Please attach/enclose your proof of status, i.e., a copy of your student card or of your identification card in case you want to register at student or retired senior rates. An additional handling fee of 10,- EUR will be levied! |
IMPORTANCE NOTICE
Once your payment has been effected you will be informed and receive your receipt. Any extra charges will be debited automatically to the registrant. A pro-forma invoice and/or an invoice and/or a receipt can be obtained online via COSIS.
