Recommendations on how economic and technical criteria and procedures for reservoir design and control should be altered or re-evaluated in light of likely climate change. New concepts of risk assessment in reservoir design and control in the face of an uncertain environment, non-stationarity and non-homogeneity are sought. The session is aimed to summarise the viewpoints, approaches and the methods, as well as at the lessons derived from case studies.
