ST3. Open session on the ionosphere:

Event Information

This open session is suitable for contributions on all aspects of the ionospheric physics, including experimental, theoretical and modelling results. Particular interest will be devoted to studies of couplings with the thermosphere or with the magnetosphere, concerning transient events as well as large-scale dynamics. In this regard, contributions involving coordinated observations between recently deployed ground-based facilities (EISCAT-ESR, SuperDARN, ...) and polar orbiting spacecrafts are encouraged.
