Event Information

This session will examine some of the TRM research highlights based upon the synthesis of remotely sensed data as wel as the utility of this data in model forecasting and data ssimilation. Particular emphasis will be placed on potential of these observations to achieve an even greater impact with an enhanced precipitaiton observing system - the Global Precipitaiton Mission currently being planned by NASA and NASDA but including a number of other Space Agencies as well.
