Conveners accept/reject/transfer papers to other session, add contributions, organize oral/poster sessions and order contributions in accordance to presentation within each session respectively. Conveners rank support applications in accordance to excellence and impprtance for their session. |

Programme Committee selects support recipients. EGS Office informs authors and support applicants about status of contribution and support application. |
