European Geophysical Society (EGS Office) EGS Journals
Following the tradition of other leading scientific organizations, the EGS expects that authors should consider the Society's journals for the publication of their contribution in an extended form submitted to EGS General Assemblies, EGS Topical Conferences or EGS Sponsored Meetings or somewhere else.
Conveners of General Assemblies and Organizers of EGS Topical Conferences or EGS Sponsored Meetings should consider the en bloc publication of the contributions presented at their event in form of extended papers in a special issue of the appropriate EGS journal. Please, contact the respective Editor-in-Chief.
All journal papers undergo rigorous peer review and careful copy-editing by competent colleagues prior to publication.
There are, in general, no page nor handling charges and reprints in form of PDF files or paper print-outs are, in general, free for authors in all EGS journals. Rapid publication and distribution worldwide, moderate library subscription rates and greatly reduced membership subscription rates are guaranteed.
